4. Maintenance
•
Clean the pump daily.
•
Do not use gasoline or solvents when cleaning.
•
Check hose and connections daily
•
Pay attention when driving on uneven ground.
•
Do not use the device with gasoline, solvents, aggressive liquids – doing this would void the
warranty.
•
The operator working with the device must be qualified and trained.
•
The company manager must organize training on how to use this device for all operators
having to use it.
•
Warranty period is 2 year by law. Malfunctions due to misuse or abuse, not respecting
this manual, void the warranty. Lifetime of this product is 8 years.
•
When the lifetime is over, the device must be trashed respecting local regulations.
5.Troubleshooting
Vacum gauge is not moving.
Open the valve located under air
inlet nipple.
Machine not suction the oil.
Open the valve located on oil
Oil is not discharging from tank. Please be sure device is feeded
with air and valves at air inlet and
oil discharge hose are open.
If the problem is not solved, please contact your dealer.
If the parts were changed without the knowledge of the authorized service, the device will be
out of warranty.
