switch pressed while the instrument is
connected to the HF device
HF device cannot find instrument

replaced
Foot switch is pressed while the foot
switch is connected to the HF device
Remedy
Check the airflow around the generator
Do not switch off the generator whilst it is warming up
Remedy
Release the "HF activation (RF on/off) instru-
ment switch 2".
Remove instrument and reconnect it
Remove instrument and reconnect it
