Connecting the
appliance
After installing the appliance, wait at least.
½ hour until the appliance starts up.
During transportation the oil in the
compressor may have flowed into the
refrigeration system.
To enable your refrigerator to be used with
servo@Home, you will require a special
accessory, the system interface, which is
available from specialist outlets. The
system interface must be inserted into the
slot at the rear of your refrigerator. Follow
the installation instructions enclosed with
the system interface.
Before switching on the appliance for the
first time, clean the interior (see Cleaning).
The socket should be freely accessible.
Connect the appliance to 220 240 V/
50 Hz alternating current via a correctly
installed earthed socket. The socket must
be fused with a 10 A fuse or higher.
If the appliance is to be operated in a
non-European country, check on the
rating plate whether the indicated
voltage and current type correspond
to the values of your mains supply.
The rating plate is situated in the
bottom left hand side of the appliance.
The mains connection cable may be
replaced by an electrician only.
Warning!

Never connect the appliance
to electronic energy saver plugs or to
power inverters which convert the
direct current to 230 V alternating
current (e.g. solar equipment, power
supplies on ships).

Press main switch 1,
press freezer" button 4. Warning signal is
emitted. If the temperature is warmer than
19 ºC,  " is displayed.
If the temperature is colder,  ºC " is
displayed and display 8 flashes
simultaneously.
Press button  l ", the warning signal
stops (display 8 stops flashing).
If the refrigerator compartment
temperature is to be displayed, press
cooler" button 5.
The appliance left the factory with the
following standard settings:
Refrigerator compartment temperature:
+4 ºC
Freezer compartment temperature:
-18 ºC
We recommend a setting of +4 ºC.
Perishable food should not be stored
warmer than +4 ºC.

It is quite normal for condensation or
hoarfrost to form on the inside of the rear
panel. The hoarfrost thaws automatically
and runs into the evaporation pan via the
condensation channel.
Keep the condensation channel and
outlet clean, as the condensation must be
able to drain away.
