For heating with a 8 kW source, it is possible, depending on the heating conditions, to heat:
Occasional or intermittent heating should be considered as less favorable or even unfavorable
heating conditions.
The choice of the chimney
The chimney size is subject to DIN 4705, with the following data being applicable:
Nominal output
Flue gas mass flow (m)
Flue gas mean temperature behind the flue gas extension
Minimum chimney underpressure [p] at nominal thermal output
Minimum chimney underpressure [p] at 0.8-fold nominal output
Highlights
•When firing, add fuel only as much as appropriate for the thermal output needed at that
moment.
•After adding fuel, open the air controller enough until the fire is well burning. Only then can you
put the controller in a position corresponding to the desired thermal output.
•Follow strictly the Technical Instructions.
•Place the Stove in a room of appropriate size so that the heat requirements correspond to the
Stove's nominal output.
•During the night keep the controller closed so that you have enough embers in the morning to
set new fire. For that you must have again dry wood in small pieces.
