− Install the lid (4) with the sealing ring (5) on the chopper's bowl (7).
− Set the motor module (3) on the lid (4) turn it anti- or clockwise until it is fixed on the lid (4).
− Plug the unit by inserting the plug into the socket. The rotation speed indicator will light up on the
On/Off button (1).
− To switch on the unit press and hold down On/Off button (1).
Note:
• The unit will not turn on if the motor module (3) is not installed on the lid (4) properly.
• When chopping hard products (e.g. nuts) use impulse mode of operation (switch the
chopper on for a few seconds and then make a pause, then switch it on again).
− Select the required rotation speed of the knife (6) with the help of the regulator (2). You can in-
crease the speed of rotation by turning the regulator in the direction of «H», or decrease the speed
by turning the regulator in the direction of «L», the speed of rotation is demonstrated by the lighted
sector of the On/Off button (1).
− When using the unit hold the motor module (3) in one hand and the chopper's bowl (7) support
by the other hand.
− After using the unit wait till the chopper knife (6) stops rotating completely.
− Remove the plug from the socket.
− Remove the motor unit (3) from the bowl (4).
− Remove the lid (4) from bowl (7).
− With caution take the knife (6) out.
− Take the chopped products out of the chopper's bowl (7).
Attention! Strictly observe the described sequence of actions.

CLEANING AND CARE

ATTENTION! The blades of the chopper-knife (6) are very sharp and present a danger. Handle
the knife (6) with caution.
− Before cleaning unplug it from the electric network.
− Take of the motor module (3) of the lid (4), take the sealing ring (5) off the lid (4).
− Wash the knife (6), the chopper's bowl (7) the lid (4), the sealing ring (5), the mat for protection
from sliding (9) in warm water with a neutral detergent, rinse and dry them. The chopper's bowl (7)
can be washed in a dish wash machine.
− Clean the motor module (3) with slightly damp cloth, and then wipe it dry.
− After processing sour or salted products it is necessary to rinse the knife (6) with cold water.
− When processing products with strong coloring properties (e.g. carrots or beets) plastic parts of
the unit can change color, clean them with a cloth wetted with vegetable oil.
IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO PUT THE MOTOR MODULE INTO ANY LIQUID OR WASH IT UNDER
WATER JET OR PLACE IT IN A DISH WASH MACHINE.
Storage
− Clean the unit before taking the unit for storage.
− Never wind the power cord around the motor module.
− Store the device in a dry cool and inaccessible for children place.
