• The unit is intended for household usage only.
Preparation to operation
− Before using the unit wash the lid (4), with the sealing ring (5) the knife (6) the chopper's bowl (8)
the mat for protection from sliding (9) in warm water with a neutral detergent, rinse and wipe dry.
− The motor module (3) should be wiped with a soft slightly damp cloth.
Attention!
• Do not immerse the motor module (3), power cord or the plug into water or other liquids.
• The chopper's bowl (8) can be washed in a dish wash machine.
Using the chopper
The unit is used to chop meat, cheese, onions, aromatic herbs, walnuts, almonds, fruit and veg-
etables.
Attention! Do not try to chop very hard products, such as nutmeg, coffee beans, grains or ice.
Before chopping:
Cut the meat, cheese, onions, fruit and vegetables into pieces of 2х2 cm in size.
Remove the stalks of the herbs, take nuts out of the shells.
Remove bones, tendons and gristles from the meat.
• For the best results look up the data given in the table:

Caution - very sharp knife! Always take the knife by the upper shank end made of plastic.
− Place the chopper's bowl (7) on the mat to protect from sliding (9).
− Install the knife (6) on the bowl's axle (8).
− Put the products into the chopper's bowl (7).
Note:
• Do not switch on the unit when the bowl (7) is empty.
• Do not pour liquids or put products into the chopper's bowl above the «MAX» mark on the
bowl(7).
