PROIETTORE, FANALE POSTERIORE (M.27-M.28)
Registrazione proiettore
Il fanale anteriore provvisto di una lampada biluce per le luci abbaglianti e
anabbaglianti e di una lampadina a siluro per la luce di citt o di posizione. Particolare
attenzione bisogna dedicare alla direzione del fascio luminoso; procedere nel modo
seguente:
- porre il veicolo a 10 metri di distanza da una parete verticale;
- assicurarsi che il terreno sia piano e che l'asse ottico del proiettore sia perpendicolare
alla parete;
- il veicolo deve trovarsi in posizione verticale;
- misurare l'altezza del centro del proiettore da terra e riportare sulla parete una
crocetta alla medesima altezza;
- accendendo la luce anabbagliante il limite superiore di demarcazione tra la zona
oscura e la zona illuminata deve risultare ad una altezza non superiore a 9/10
dell'altezza da terra del centro del proiettore. L'eventuale rettifica dell'orientamento si
pu effettuare agendo sulla vite (1) per abbassare o alzare il fascio luminoso.
Sostituzione lampadine proiettore
Per accedere alle lampadine del proiettore, occorre procedere nel modo seguente:
- togliere i due elastici (1) di fissaggio e rimuovere il portafaro;
- togliere il connettore (2) della lampada biluce (12V-35/35W) e la cuffia (3) in gomma;
- sganciare la molletta (4) di tenuta e rimuovere la lampada.
Per sostituire la lampada della luce di posizione (5) (12V-3W)
calotta interna. Effettuata la sostituzione, procedere inversamente per il rimontaggio.
Sostituzione lampada fanale posteriore
Per accedere alla lampada (12V-5/21W) del fanale posteriore, occorre procedere nel
modo seguente:
- rimuovere le due viti (1) all'interno del parafango posteriore e la lente (2);
- spingere la lampadina (3) verso l'interno, ruotarla in senso antiorario e rimuoverla dal
portalampada.. Effettuata la sostituzione, procedere inversamente per il rimontaggio.
Fare attenzione a non serrare eccessivamente le
HEADLAMP, TAIL-LAMP (M.27-M.28)
Headlamp adjustment
The front headlamp is fitted a dipping bulb for main and dipped beams and a pilot/side
lamp bulb.
Particular care should be taken to adjust the headlamp beam; adjust as follows:
- position the motorcycle at 33 ft from a flat wall;
- check that the bike is on a level surface and that the headlamp axis is at right angles to
the wall;
- the bike should be in a vertical position;
- measure the distance from the ground to the centre of the headlamp lens and then mark
a cross at the same height on the wall;
- switch on to dipped beam; the upper limit of the beam should be at a height which is
so greater than 9/10 of the height from the ground of the centre of the headlamp.
Adjust the headlamp aiming by turning screw (1) to lower or lift the high beam.
Headlamp bulbs replacement
To gain access to the headlamp bulbs, proceed as follows:
- remove the two fastening elastics (1) and the headlamp holder;
- remove the two filaments bulb (12V-35/35W) connector (2) and the boot (3);
- release the bulb holding spring (4) then the bulb itself.
To replace the parking light bulb (5) (12V-3W) extract it from the inside cover. After
replacement, reverse operations for reassembly.
Rear tail light bulb replacement
To gain access to the tail light bulb (12V-5/21W), proceed as follows:
- remove the two fastening screws (1) in the inner side of the rear fender and the lens
(2);
- pull the lamp (3) inside, turn it counterclockwise then remove it from the lamp holder.
After replacement, reverse operations for reassembly.
Make sure not to tighten the screws excessively.
