After that the supporting table has to be screwed onto the supporting tube. Use the screws M6
X 45, the flat washers of 6 mm, and the self-locking screw nuts M6 for this, as well. After you
have mounted it, you can fold the supporting table upwards.
If the spare wheel is attached to the left side of your car's rear end, you have to mount
the supporting table turned by 180°.

The rails for the bicycles have partly been pre-assembled. When you want to mount them
completely begin by pushing these rails together like in the image showing the connections of the
bicycle rails. After that you have to screw this connection with the plastic collet and the screws
M6 X 30, the flat washers of 6 mm, and the self-locking screw nuts M6 together firmly. Then
insert one carriage bolt each bottom-up into the right and left ends of the rail. Continue by
inserting three belt guides each into these rails, namely two on one side and one on the other
side of the rail. Now you can put the end caps onto both sides of the bicycle rails. There are
drilled holes for fastening the bicycle rails in the supporting table. To fasten the rails you have to
insert the screw threads of the carriage bolts into these drilled holes. Then the bicycle rails have
to be adjusted to the centre of the supporting tube. After that screw the rails firmly together using
the flat washers of 6 mm and the self-locking screw nuts M6.
If you release these screw nuts later, you will be able to adapt the rails to the size of the bicycles.
Also keep in mind that the same number of belt guides should not be attached to the same side
of the bicycle rails. See image 5 for this. If you fold the supporting table upwards now, you will
be able to fasten it to one side of the supporting tube with the special clips for it.

Fastening of the bicycle rack on the spare wheel:
If the spare wheel is attached to the left side of your car's rear end, you have to mount the
pivoting frame and the supporting table turned by 180°. Begin by adapting the connecting tube
(which disposes of three possibilities for adjustment) to the width of your spare wheel. After that
release the tension belts and put the bicycle rack with the connecting tube onto the spare
wheel. Then adjust your bicycle rack horizontally and keep in mind that the tension belts should
be crossed behind the spare wheel. Now you have to tighten these tension belts with the ratchet
snaps until the bicycle rack is fixed tightly and safely onto the spare wheel.

Fastening of the bicycles on the rack for the spare wheel:
The first bicycle has to be placed into the first rail (which is nearest to the vehicle) where it has
to be attached to the pivoting tube with the short frame carrier.
Then the wheels of this bicycle have to be fastened with the three small tension belts. Please
note that two of these belts have to be used for the front wheel and one belt for the back wheel.
The second bicycle should be placed into the second rail in the opposite direction. This bicycle
then has to be attached with the long frame carrier and its wheels have to be fastened in the
same way as described above for the first bicycle. Perhaps it will be necessary to place them
apart from each other and staggered onto the rack, so that they can be fastened correctly.
Finally you have to fix the two bicycles with the additional safety belt by putting it through the
bicycles' frames and around the pivoting tube. Note that this safety belt has always to be
tightened firmly.
