Dear customer,

starting to mount the rack for all-terrain vehicles, please check it again for completeness. Also

Begin by pushing the connecting collet onto the connecting tube and screw the supporting tube
onto this connecting tube. Use the screws M6 X 40, the flat washers of 6 mm, and the self-
locking screw nuts M6 for this. There are three drilled holes in each of the long sides of the
connecting tube. They offer you the possibility to adapt the bicycle rack to the specific width of
your spare wheel.

On the bottom side of the supporting tube there are two drilled holes into which you have to
screw the ratchet snaps now. Use the carriage bolts M6 X 45, the flat washers of 6 mm, and the
self-locking screw nuts M6 for this. See to it that the heads of the carriage bolts point into
the direction of the spare wheel, so that these bolts cannot damage it.
See the image for this. After that insert the eye screws with their belts bottom-up into the drilled
holes of the connecting tube. Then fasten these eye screws by screwing them with the fixing
blocks. Now cross the belts and thread their ends into the ratchet snaps. See the image.

For mounting the pivoting tube you need the tooth lock washers, the carriage bolts M6 X 100,
the flat washers of 6 mm, and the plastic knurled nuts M6. Please note: The protective rubbers
have already been pre-assembled. First insert the carriage bolts from the inside to the outside
through the drilled holes in the supporting tube, then through the tooth lock washers, and finally
through the drilled holes in the pivoting tube. After that fasten them with the flat washers of 6
mm and the plastic knurled nuts.
If the spare wheel is attached to the left side of your car's rear end, you have to mount the
pivoting tube turned by 180°.

Then you have to screw the brackets for the supporting table with the screws M6 X 45, the flat
washers of 6 mm, and the self-locking screw nuts M6 to the supporting table.
