Connect the supplied connecting cable to the DC 5V/
12V IN and LAN (10/100) connectors at the rear of the
control unit.
Note
Be sure to plug the female connector of the cable onto
the DC 5V/12V IN connector on the control unit.
Connect the

to the control unit.

Attach the two cable holders to the base frame and
extend the connecting cable through them.

Place the monitor on the control unit.
For BVM-L170/PVM-L1700 monitors
Place the monitor on the control unit and the base
frames so that the four legs of the monitor can go into
the four holes on the top of the control unit and the base
frames.
Note
Before going to step 8, make sure that four legs are
properly set in the corresponding holes as illustrated.
For other monitors
1 Turn the monitor upside down.
Note
Place the monitor flat down on a soft cloth.
2 Secure the side bracket to the side of the monitor
(left/right), using screws D (3 × 6 mm).

3 Remove the two legs from the bottom of the
monitor.
4 Turn the monitor upright and place it on the control
unit.

Connect the monitor and the control unit using the side
covers. Secure the side covers to the control unit and
the side brackets, using screws B (4 × 8 mm) and
screws C (4 × 20 mm).
Secure the other side covers as well.
