THE JACK DOES NOT LIFT THE LOAD.
- Check the oil level by means of the screw POS. 9 GRP1GRS on the tank.
- There is dirt underneath the valves : completely lower the pistons, remove the casing, close the tap
, unlink the two pipes connected to the motor pump, unlink the red pipe connected to the tank, unscrew the

THE RAMS FAIL TO GO BACK IN COMPLETELY EVEN WITH THE CONTROLS IN DESCENT
POSITION.
- There is dirt inside the scraper rings
smoothly. Disassemble, clean and reassemble. - If, with the lever in descent position, air doesn't come off the filter of

OIL LEAKS
- Oil leak from the ram base
and check the seals

- Oil leak from the silencer POS. 3 GRP1MBD: the pumping unit POS. 16 GRP1MBD is scratched or worn.
Replace it along with the seals
- Oil leak from the suction-pump
procedure in the "Maintenance for the end user" section). If too much oil has been put in the jack, it will stop leaking
very soon. Check that the jack has been used observing the conditions listed previously, i.e. horizontally and not
slanted. If the jack has been turned upside down or tipped over, it will stop leaking very soon.
THE PISTONS LIFT UP VERY SLOWLY
- Check that the red pipe (DWG 11) is connected properly, and is not choked.
-Check the pressure value of the compressed air system, it should be at least 8 bar / 116 PSI.
