and features data hold function. Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service. If the device
was damaged in transit, don't install or use it and contact your dealer.
2. Safety Instructions
• Do not operate the meter unless the bottom case has been closed as the terminal can carry voltage.
• Inspect the insulation of the test leads and make sure there is no damage to the test leads before using the meter.
• To ensure accurate readings, replace the battery as soon as the battery indicator ( ) appears.
• Set the meter to the suitable function and range before each measurement.
• Tested values over the maximum range of each measurement can cause damages to the meter or electroshocks
to the user.
• To avoid damages to the meter, do not turn the rotary switch during measurement.
• When measuring voltage higher than DC 60V or 30Vrms, pay extra attention to avoid electroshocks.
• Make sure to replace the fuse with a fuse of the same type and rating.
• Do not operate or store the meter under high temperatures or humid conditions.
• Do not modify the internal circuit to avoid damages to the meter and danger to the user.
• Periodically wipe the case with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Do not use abrasives and solvents.
• The meter is designed to withstand the stated maximum voltages. Do not exceed the stated voltages.
