Technical features
• Supply voltage: 230V ±10%
50/60Hz. The transformer prima-
ry is electronically protected
against overloading and short cir-
cuiting i.e. no fuses are used.
The unit can be powered from a
12V DC power supply, e.g. bat-
tery or uninterruptable power
supply (terminals +B and 5).
NOTE. The unit has no battery
protection.
• Rated power: 34VA.
• Output voltages:
16
11V DC, 150mA (300mA peak)
14V AC, 650mA (1A in intermit-
tent current).
• Call generator: 2 types of two-
tone call (up to 3 handset can be
connected in parallel to the same
call).
• Working temperature range: from
0 °C to +35 °C.
• Dimensions: 4 DIN units module,
1
low profile, figure 7.
NOTE. The transformer power sup-
plier primary is electronically protect-
2
ed against overloading and short cir-
cuiting i.e. no fuses are used.
Procedure to reset a triggered cir-
cuit:
- Disconnect the mains from the
power supplier
- Remove the cause of malfunction
- Let the power supplier to cool for
18
at least 1 minute
- Reconnect the mains to the
power supplier.
A/200N POWER SUPPLIER
With the same features of A/200R,
has also the following function:
- Power supply and control of elec-
tric lock (12V AC 1A) by means of
relay (inside the unit) with timer-con-
trolled interval adjustable from 2 to
15 seconds by means of poten-
tiometer P1, figure 5.
• Dimensions: 6 DIN units module,
low profile, figure 8.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

C/200 handset
After having removed the cover (by
means of front screws - see figure
12 lower section) fix the base direct-
ly onto the wall, figure 9, or to the
20
embedding box, figure 10 or 11.
On walls that are not completely flat
do not tighten the screws fully.
against
Make wiring connections and refit
the handset cover.
Entry panel
Insert the 4 hole cover screws in the
embedding box, figure 13, and fit in
the wall at a suitable height.
Remove the 4 screws and attach the
frame to the embedding box, figure
14.
The TMH/1 rainshield (COTTAGE/T)
must be fitted between the embed-
ding box and chassis, figure 15.
Fit the modules as shown in figures
16, 17.
The wires must be connected to the
terminal blocks by passing sideways
through the chassis. Remove the
modules as shown in figure 18.
relay
If necessary regulate the audio level
contacts
of both channel using potentiometer
indicated in figure 6.
Remove the name-card from the
push-button as shown in figure 6.
Then fit the seal supplied, making
certain that the side marked TOP
faces upwards, figure 6; start fitting
the seal from the module at the bot-
tom of the chassis.
Fit the front plate as indicated in fig-
ure 19; remove it as indicated in fig-
ure 20 and remove the 4 fixing
screws.
To remove the front plate on the
entry panel fitted with rainshield
(COTTAGE/T) first follow the instruc-
tions illustrated in figure 21 and then
remove the 4 fixing screws.
A/200R - A/200N power supplier
The equipment can be installed
without terminal covers into boxes
provided with DIN rail (EN 50022).
Dimensions are shown in figure 7A
or 8A.
It can also be surface mounted,
using the DIN rail supplied, but fitted
with terminal covers.
Dimensions are shown in figure 7B
or 8B.
DISPOSAL
Do not litter the environment with
packing material: make sure it is dis-
posed of according to the regula-
tions in force in the country where
the product is used.
When the equipment reaches the
end of its life cycle, take measures to
ensure it is not discarded in the envi-
ronment.
The equipment must be disposed of
in compliance with the regulations in
force, recycling its component parts
wherever possible.
Components that qualify as recy-
clable waste feature the relevant
symbol and the material's abbrevia-
tion.
