Das Meßgerät dient zur Ermittlung von Außenmaßen, speziell Wandstärken. Es darf nur zu diesem Zweck verwendet werden. Für
Schäden, die durch artfremde Benutzung entstehen, wird keine Haftung übernommen.
•
Zur Schonung der Meßkontakte und des beweglichen Tastarms (1) ist das Meßgerät möglichst ohne Berührung des Prüflings in
Meßstellung zu bringen. Der Tastarm-Betätigungshebel (3) muß dabei vollständig gedrückt werden.
•
Das Meßgerät ist bei der Messung locker zu halten, der Tastarm-Betätigunghebel (3) ist loszulassen.
•
Das Meßgerät ist vor jeder Meßreihe durch eine Vergleichsmessung mit einem Endmaß zu überprüfen; bei einer Abweichung vom
Sollmaß ist das Gerät mit Hilfe der drehbaren Fassung (6) neu einzustellen.
•
Zur Erhöhung der Meßgenauigkeit sollte das Meßgerät in der Stellung kalibriert werden, in der auch anschließend die Messung
erfolgt.

The gauge serves for determination of external measures, especially for wall thicknesses. It should only be used for this purpose.
Kroeplin assumes no reliability for damages in connection with inexperted handling.

Please be careful with the measuring contacts and the movable caliper arm (1) and try to manage the gauge in measuring position
without touching the measuring object. Press the control lever of the caliper arm (3) completely downwards. Hold the gauge loose
during measurement, let off the control lever (3).
•
Please check the instrument via comparison measurement with a block gauge each time before starting a new measurement series.
If it deviates from the set value, the instrument has to be re-adjusted by using the turnable scale (6).
•
In order to increase the accuracy of the measurement, the gauge should be calibrated in the same position in which later the
measurement will be effected.

Cet instrument est prévu aux mesures extérieures, et notamment pour les épaisseurs des parois. Il ne doit pas être utilisé qu'à cette
fin. Kroeplin ne répond d'aucun dommage résultant d'une mauvaise utilisation.

Pour ménager les pointes de contact et le bras mobile (1), éviter de toucher l'objet test avec le bras avant la prise de mesure: bien
maintenir appuyé le levier d'actionnement du bras (3).
•
Maintenir l'appareil libre pendant la mesure, relâcher le levier d'actionnement du bras (3).
•
Avant de commencer une nouvelle série de mesures, il convient de vérifier chaque fois l'appareil avec une jauge d'ajustage. S'il
présente une déviation, le réajuster à nouveau à l'aide de la douille tournable (6).
•
Pour en augmenter la précision, l'appareil doit être ajusté au mieux suivant les conditions effectives d'utilisation ultérieure.
