Playback mode
The CD player can be switched to the four different play-
back modes in turn by repeatedly pressing the 
button, and each mode is shown briefly on the screen
when selected.
The tracks of the CD or of a MEMO
'REP ALL'
program are repeated ad infinitum in
the prescribed order.
The track of the CD or of a MEMO
'REP TRACK'
program you have just played is re-
peated ad infinitum.
The tracks of the CD or of a MEMO
'REP MIX'
program are repeated ad infinitum in a
random order.
Normal playback.
'REP OFF'
During the playback process the current repeat mode is
shown on the screen in front of the track number, e.g.:
PLAY R 17
PLAY RT 17
MIX 17
PLAY 17
The   symbol on the screen glows continuously when
 
one of the three repeat modes is selected.
The player always reverts to normal playback if you open
the CD drawer and close it again.

Fast search forwards

Fast search backwards
•
After about 2 seconds the outputsignal is muted. During
the search process the current elapsed time of the track
is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.
