Imperia Chef-in-Casa is intended for domestic use and manufactured to very high quality stan-

dards. It is guaranteed to serve you reliably and safely for a long time, enabling you to prepare

the best fresh pasta at home, quickly and safely, and using whatever natural ingredients you

choose.

This instruction booklet is an integral part of the machine. Before taking any action, be sure to

read all the safety recommendations, instructions and warranty terms carefully.

Take care of this booklet, keeping it readily available to consult whenever you might need to do

so. In case of doubt or other uses, contact the retailer before taking any installation steps, quo-

ting the MODEL and the SERIAL NUMBER.

IMPORTANT!

Any use of the machine other than as foreseen in the present instruction booklet shall be consi-

dered as improper or inappropriate and may be hazardous. The machine has been designed,

manufactured and equipped exclusively for the production of drawn pasta using such raw mate-

rials as durum wheat or soft wheat flours with the addition of water and/or eggs. It is intended

exclusively for the purpose of mixing and drawing pasta and may not be used for any other pur-

poses.

The manufacturer accepts no liability for:

- improper use;

- modifications to the machine or any other action not authorized by the manufacturer;

- improper installation;

- use of spare parts that are not original or not specific to the model;

- connection to an inappropriate electric power supply.

IMPORTANT! If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or

the manufacturer's after-sales technical support service, or by a person with similar qualifica-

tions, to prevent any risks.
