Power Button
Switch the machine "On/Off"

E-button is activated or the
rear cover is open.
- Rotate the Emergency Stop
button counterclockwise to
reset the button.
- Turn the mode selector to
"Manual" (position 2).
- Press simultaneously the
cut/reset buttons to Reset
the machine.

Operating the converter

Minimum yield is 10 cm (4 inches).
Warning!
After completing all required actions as stipulated in section
3.2 "Turning the Converter On" the Padpak material can be
produced, using the following modes:.
3.5.1 Electronic Delivery System
(EDS) Mode
1. Turn the mode selector to "EDS" (position 1);
2. Pad length in EDS mode may be adjusted by turning
the potentiometer (clockwise longer - counter clockwise
shorter) to set a pad length (min. 25cm - max. 200cm);
3. Press on "START" to confirm and to enable the EDS
mode;
4. In this mode, once enabled, pads will begin being
produced automatically for the specified length;
5. Once a pad is produced, the next pad will not be made
until the existing pad is removed from the machine
chute;
6. EDS mode can be ended turning the mode selector to
another mode.

3.5.2 Manual Mode

1. Turn the mode selector to "Manual" (position 2);
2. In this mode, press the foot switch to feed paper, and
release to cut.

3.5.3 Automatic Mode

1. Turn the mode selector to "Automatic" (position 3);
2. Pad length in Automatic mode may be adjusted by
turning the potentiometer (clockwise longer - counter
clockwise shorter) to set a pad length (min. 25cm -
max. 200cm);
3. Press "F2" and "+" (or "-") to enter the required number
of pads (press "F2" and "+" and "F3" for big steps);
4. The number of pads and the pad length are stored in
memory;
5. Press "Start" and the pads will be automatically
generated;
6. When the counter is on zero press "Start" and the
preset amount of pads will be produced again;
7. To stop the machine, turn the program switch to manual
mode (position 2).
8. Pressing "F3" will restore the amount to the preset
value of 2 pieces
