CUP COMPARTMENT
The machine has a cup compartment that can
hold three espresso cups.
SET UP PRIOR TO COFFEE
PREPARATION
The cup support rack has two positions for the
preparation of coff ee: espresso cup / large cup
Espresso cup/ large cup support rack position:
Espresso coff ee cup: Set the cup support rack
in the upper position. Put the coff ee cup on the
rack [A].
Large cup (large coff ee): Set the cup support
rack in the lower position. Put the cup on the
rack [B].

In order to insert the espresso cups in the com-

partment, press the compartment cover to re-
lease and raise it.
Insert the espresso cups in the compartment

and close the cover again by pressing.
FREE-DOSE COFFEE BREWING
Position the large cup/espresso cup as indicated

(see SET UP PRIOR TO COFFEE PREPARA-
TION) and raise the capsule loading arm.
An acoustic signal is emitted and the right button
fl ashes.
Never insert fi ngers or objects in the capsule
compartment. Only Lavazza BLUE capsules
must be inserted in the capsule compart-
ment.
