Legal requirements

In accordance with European legislation, the vehicle described is listed under
the vehicle category L1eB. These are bicycles with pedal assistance, pedals and
an auxiliary motor of 4 kW or less.

The pedal assistance is active up to a maximum of 45 km/h.

Wheight < 35 kg.
•
Pedal assistance max. 4x pedal power.
At all times, obey the traffic laws whitch apply to this vehicle in the country you
are residing in. Consult the local legislation for further information. Bear in mind
that not all raod users will be able to correctly estimate your (high)speed.
Number plate and insurance
Before being allowed on the road, the bicycle must be fitted with a valid
number plate, be correctly registered to a named owner and be insured.
Conformity
The vehicle described complies with the requirements and other relevant provi-
sions from the framework regulation 168/2013/EU. Every bicycle is delivered
with a Certificate of Conformity, in which the specific characteristics of the
bicycle are described. This document is required for the purpose of applying
for a number plate for this vehicle in the European Community and is provided
once only.
Age
In many countries, a minimum age for using the vehicle on public roads is
applicable.
Driving licence
In many countries, a driving licence is required in order to use the vehicle on
public roads.
