Your answering machine is equipped with a vocal operator guidance.
Observe the instructions and information provided.
Opening the Ans. Settings menu
The answering machine settings are defined via the handset.


If you open the Ands. Settings menu, you can change the following answering
machine settings. The following table provides an overview of the respective
functions assigned to the individual buttons in the Ans Settings menu.

Play the Ans. Settings menu
Delete the outgoing message during playback
Select the outgoing message:
OGM 1 or 2 (answer only)
Play the currently set outgoing message
Press 2 to stop
Record outgoing message 1 or 2 (answer only)
Switch the answering machine on/off
Set the number of rings before call is taken /
End recording of outgoing message
Exit the Ans. Settings menu
Exit the Ans. Settings menu and return to Standby mode
