The following table provides an overview of the respective functions assigned to
the individual buttons in the Play Message menu.

Adjusting the receiver volume
The volume can be adjusted to one of 5 settings during a message.

This function is used to listen to the message via the loudspeaker.

Playing recorded messages
The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were recorded.
The weekday and time of recording are announced for the respective message
prior to being played.
Delete all old messages
All the old messages are deleted. New messages are retained.

