3.3 GRASS SHIED ADJUSTMENT

Depending on how the grass shield is set, the clippings can be mulched on the
ground or discharged from the side where they can be collected in an appropriate
bagger.
To mulch the grass, raise flap n.1 fig.3 with its chain.
To discharge the clippings from the side, lower flap n.1 fig.3 close to the ground so
that the clippings exit from the cut and recut blade n.2 fig.3.
If clippings are excessive, to prevent clogging, increase the chute area by removing
blade n.3.

3.4 BALLAST

(Optional)
For Series Super Special and Special Lux rotary cultivators, especially if fitted with
diesel engines, it is essential to add ballasting on the lawn mower to give the
machine improved stability.

4. MAINTENANCE

The lawn mower does not need any special maintenance. However, after each use,
clean any soil, weeds or grass from the blade.

4.1 ENGINE OIL

From time to time check the oil level with the dip stick plug n.1 fig.1
Change the oil every 800 hours.
Drain the oil through plug n.1 fig.1, turning the lawn mower upside down.
It is advisable to use AGIP ROTRA MP SAE 80W/90 oil. Quantity required is about
0,5 liter.
Comply with the following specifications if other lubricant makes are used:
