After the adjustment is completed, all fixing elements should finally be tightened up.
Cut an opening in a side panel to fit a refrigeration unit, and a 65-mm diameter hole for a compensation valve
when the KXH-type cold rooms are installed.
While assembling the ceiling, it is necessary to be very careful when the first panel is mounted, since it should
be smoothly and uniformly pressed downwards to prevent any gaps. The operation is ensured by means of a
hammer and a 80x80x400-mm wooden block. The other ceiling panels are joined in the same way.
After the assembly is completed, all joints of the panels of a 18-m
additionally reinforced inside by 36x36x400 mm angle pieces. The angle pieces are installed on every upper and
lower joint of the side panels fixing it to the panels and to the floor and the ceiling, and on every joint of the
ceiling and the floor fixing it to the ceiling, floor and side panels, respectively.
When a partition is installed inside a cold room, it should be fixed all along the perimeter by angle pieces
36x36x1200 on both sides.
The threshold strap is mounted by the screws integral in the set of delivery of a cold room (screw 4.2*16 – 5
nos., screw 4.2*25 – 5 nos., and holes of diameter 3.5 mm are drilled in the floor panel for the latters).
If necessary, the cold room is made tight by a plastic sealant that is integral in the set of delivery.

If necessary, the cold room is additionally sealed by a plastic sealant that is included in the set of delivery. When
the KXH type rooms are installed, it is necessary to set a WEH (electric- heated wire) of a door (fig. 4, fig. 5) and
a compensation valve (fig. 6) that are supplied at option.
