Main brush belt replacement

Proceed as follow:
• Lift the right side brush (see fi g.1, pos. 6).
• Remove right side cover 1.
• Temporarily remove the belt 2, as shown on picture.
• Loosen the tightener 3.
• Remove main brush belt 4.
• Fit the new belt.
• Repeat the same operations in opposite way.

Transmission belt replacement

To replace the belt 6, from pulley pump to three throats pulley, proceed as follows:
1. Remove cover 1 and door 5.
2. Lift the main brush pulley 7 (see arrow).
3. Remove and Replace the belt 6.

Pump belt replacement

To replace the belt 8, from engine to pump, proceed as follows:
1. Repeat points 1, 2, 3 described in "Transmission belt replacement".
2. Slacken off two screws 9 on pump support.
3. Move the same support towards the engine (see arrow);
4. Remove and replace the belt 8.

Caution!
Every 40 hours check the pump belt, if it is too slack, proceed to its tension, slacken off
screws 9 and adjust the pump support. After adjustment, tighten the screws.
Do not overtighten the belt. Excess tension can damage the bearings.

Dynamotor belt replacement

To replace the belt 10, from dynamotor to engine, proceed as follows:
1. Repeat points 1, 2, 3 described in "Transmission belt replacement" and points 2, 3, 4 described in
"Pump belt replacement".
2. Remove suction fan 11.
3. Slacken off two screws 12 on dynamotor support.
4. Move the same support towards the petrol engine (see arrow).
5. Remove and replace the belt 5.

Caution!
Every 40 hours check the dynamotor belt, if it is too slack, proceed to its tension, slacken
off screws 12 and adjust the dynamotor 13.
After adjustment, tighten the screws.
Do not overtighten the belt. Excess tension can damage the pulley bearings.
