Setting and storing radio stations
(DAB and FM) – initial set-up
When connecting the device for the first time or
after resetting, a demo program starts up.
The demo program ends after switching on and
the device starts an automatic station search for
DAB radio stations and saves them in the station
list.
Then the device searches for FM radio stations
and saves FM radio stations on the presets 1 to
40.
The time is set automatically.
1 For the best DAB/FM reception, align the wire
antenna accordingly.

Press »ON/OFF« on the device or »
remote control to switch on the device.
– The automatic station search starts, then
finds and stores radio stations.
– Then the device switches to the first DAB sta-
tion in the station list.
Storing DAB radio stations as
presets
After the automatic station search, all the DAB ra-
dio stations are stored in the station list. You can
store your favourite DAB radio stations on the pre-
sets 1 to 40.

Press »DAB/FM« to select the DAB input
source.
– Display: briefly » DAB «.
2 Press »E« or »F« to select the DAB radio sta-
tion.
– Display: the name of the radio station, the
DAB radio station selected is activated after
1 second.

Tuning and storing DAB radio
stations after a change of loca-
tion
You can restart the automatic station search. This
is useful if you want to operate the device at a
new location or if you want to search for new
DAB radio stations.
1 Press »ON/OFF« on the device or »
remote control to switch on the device.
2 Press »DAB/FM« to select the DAB input
source.
– Display: the name of the radio station, such
as » B5 AKT «.

Open the menu by pressing
Confirm the » FULL SCAN « menu item by press-

ing » e II OK«.
– The automatic station search starts, then
finds and stores new radio stations in the sta-
tion list.
Setting and storing DAB radio
stations manually

Press »DAB/FM« to select the DAB input
source.

– Display: » FULL SCAN «.
Select the » MANUAL « menu item with »E« or

»F« and press »
– Display: for example » 5A 174.92 « (channel
and frequency of a DAB radio station).
4 Set the required frequency/channel with »E« or
»F«.

Confirm the frequency/channel with »
– The reception level is displayed.

Confirm the setting with »
– The DAB radio stations are stored in the sta-
tion list.
