OVERVIEW
Magic Fidelity,
the sound concept from Ovation
Magic Fidelity is a three-channel
active loudspeaker system de-
veloped and patented by
Grundig, which produces powerful and brilliant
sound.
A bass speaker as well as two medium and tre-
ble speakers, each in their own casing, create an
outstanding sound experience.
The device controls
See the figure on page 3.
ON/OFF
Switches the device in and out
of standby mode.
SLEEP
For setting the sleep timer.
SNOOZE Interrupts the alarm function.
– + Adjusts the volume.

In external data media mode:
starts and pauses playback.
MODE
Selects the »DAB«, »FM RADIO«,
»BT«, »AUX IN«, »CD«, »SD
CARD« and »USB« input
sources.

In DAB mode: select the DAB
radio station from the station list.
In FM mode: pressing and hold-
ing down starts the forwards
or reverse frequency search;
pressing briefly switches the
frequency back or forwards in
steps.
In external data media mode:
select tracks forwards or back-
wards;
press and hold down to search
backwards or forwards for a
particular passage.
PRESET/ALBUM
In tuner mode: select presets.

select albums .

FM stereo and mono reception.

stops playback.
DISPLAY

The device connections
SD Card slot for inserting a memo-
ry card (SD/SDHC/MMC).
USB
USB interface for connecting
an MP3 player or USB memory
stick.
This socket is not suitable for
connecting a PC.
AC ˜ Socket for connecting the
power cord.
Note
The only way to completely

disconnect the device from
the mains supply is to pull out
the plug.
ANTENNA
Wire antenna.
U Headphone jack for connecting
a stereo headphone set with a
jack plug (3.5 mm).
This automatically switches off
the loudspeakers.
AUX Audio signal input for connect-
ing an external device.
