5.4 Filling the tank
Pay attention to the horizontal alignment and ensure
the tank is adequately secured!
Ban on fire, naked flames
and smoking.
1. Open the lid of the DT-Mobile.
2. Unscrew the cap from the filling connection a.
3. The container is filled using a delivery nozzle
with an automatic shut-off.
4. Check the level inside the tank using the
fill-level indicator c.
5. Screw the cap of the filling opening back on
tightly.
6. Contamination caused by the filling process
must be removed immediately with a dry cloth.
7. Close the lid of the DT-Mobile.

5.5 Filling

Important
Hazard from electric shock!
Ensure that the electrical
cables/connections are dry and clean.

Important!
The electric pump has a thermal over­
load protection to avoid risks caused by
overload. The intervention of this feature causes
the pump to switch off automatically, but does not
deactivate the main switch. It is important to switch
the pump off using its switch. Once normal operat­
ing conditions have been restored, the pump can
be switched back on. Should the protective shut­off
trip during normal operating conditions, please
contact the Technical Service.
1. Open the lid of the DT-Mobile.

Important!
Set the switch of the pump f to 0 (off),
before connecting the power supply.
2. Connection cable of the electric pump:
2.1 For 12 V / 24 V
- clamp black terminal clamp to minus
terminal (-) of a suitable power source
- clamp red terminal clamp to plus terminal
(-) of a suitable power source
2.2 For 230 V Insert plug into a suitable
power source.
3. Open the delivery line ball valve b.
4. Switch the electric pump e on at switch f.
5. Remove hose i and automatic delivery nozzle
g from the DT-Mobil and insert the delivery
spout fully into the container/tank to be filled.
6. Operate the automatic delivery nozzle
(if necessary, lock with locking device)
and carry out filling operation.

7. Close automatic delivery nozzle g and allow
to stop dripping.
8. Switch electric pump e off at switch f.
9. Completely disconnect pump from
power supply.
- for 12/24 V disconnect the terminal clamps
in the reverse sequence.
- for 230 V unplug plug
- roll up cable
10. Roll up the hose and place the delivery nozzle
into the holder.
11. Close the delivery line ball valve b.
12. Close the lid of the DT-Mobile.
