After using the sensor buttons to select a function and inserting the bag end

For inserting and keeping the vacuum film roll, which can be used to make
bags.
8

Release buttons for accessing the vacuum chamber
With the front cover opened, the entire upper part of the appliance can be
folded back by simultaneously pushing the two release buttons. This allows
accessing the sealing bar, the drip tray, the gaskets and the rubber pressure
bar.
10 Air extraction hose
The air extraction hose is placed in this compartment behind the front cover,
always close at hand and stored away saving space.

12 Removable drip tray
The removable drip tray catches most of the liquid when slightly wet foods
are vacuum sealed. It can be removed for easy cleaning.
13 Upper and lower gasket
The gaskets make sure that the bag end is sealed air-tightly while being vac-
uum sealed. This is to make sure that all air can be sucked out. The lower
gasket can be removed for cleaning.
14 Rubber pressure bar
The counterpart of the sealing bar. It evenly presses the bag end against the
sealing bar to make sure that it is optimally sealed.
