Checking the high pressure hose

WARNING
The high pressure hoses must be signed with the approved operating pressu-
re, operating temperature, date of manufacturing and sign of manufacturer.
Before High Pressure Cleaner commissioning visual inspect the high pressure
hose for damage.
High Pressure Cleaners with damaged high pressure hoses must not be com-
missioned. Replace the damaged high pressure hose only with a original
manufacturer recommended spare part (see spare part catalogue in
section 5).

Repair of the High Pressure Cleaners

Troubleshooting

For troubleshooting the following description lists possible failures.
Clean contaminated parts (fi lter, valve etc). Replace defect components accor-
ding to section 3.3.2.
Water overtemperature switches off the High Pressure Cleaner
The High Pressure Cleaner is switched off, when the water temperature ex-
ceeds 80° C (overheat protection). By pressing the reset-button, the High
Pressure Cleaner is switched on again. Contact the sales agency of the ma-
nufacturer after occurence of this failure.

High pressure hoses with less durability and repaired high
pressure hoses are extremely dangerous for persons. Leaking or
bursting high pressure hoses may lead to violations, especially in
case of high pressurized hot water or water steam could cause
combustions.
Only specially trained and qualifi ed personal are allowed to
perform the maintenance and repair activities.
The scope of delivery of the series HSG includes the "Installation
and Operating Instructions" from the gas burner manufacturer
(original equipment manufacturer). Before starting repair activities
of series HSG, observe the "Installation and Operating
Instructions" for the gas burner.
