Problem Cause
The plug is not in-
serted into a mains
power socket.
The mains power
socket is defective.
The appliance is
defective.
The appliance is
not yet heated up.
The set heat level is
too low.
The hair was
between the hot-
plates for
too long.
The set heat level is
too high.
Solution
Plug in the appliance.
Try a different wall
socket.
Contact the Customer
Service department.
Wait until the appliance
has heated up.
Select a higher heat
level.
Always pull the hair
straightener through the
hair. Never stay in one
place on the hair for
any length of time.
Select a lower heat
level.
