5.2.4 Channel section of the stereo channels
SEND
Similar to the mono channels, you can control the signal sent to the SEND socket with
this control. The signal is post-fader and can be used for effectors etc. Turned fully to
the left, no signal is routed to the SEND socket. In the center position, the incoming
signal is routed without any changes and between 0 and +10 dB it is enforced,
respectively.
LEVEL
With the LEVEL control, you can adjust the signal level of the respective input channel
in the mix.

5.2.5 Master section

SEND
Connect the input of your external effects unit or monitor system/zone system to the
SEND output. The AUX-signal is POST-fader and can be used for your effectors. You
can adjust the signal level for the SEND socket via the SEND control.
MAIN OUT
Connect the main output via balanced jack plugs. The MAIN LEVEL control adjusts the volume of these
outputs.
PHONES
Connect your headphones with 6.3 mm (1/4") jack to this socket. The PHONES LEVEL control adjusts the
volume of this output.
TAPE
RCA jacks. Connect your line sources like CD, MD or MP3 player here.
REC
These stereo RCA are in parallel to the MAIN output. Connect the input
of your recording device here.
TAPE IN
Press this switch to route the TAPE signal to the Main Mix bus.
POWER ON LED
This LED lights to indicate that the unit is connected to the mains and
powered on.
LEVEL METER
This 4-segment display shows the level of the left and right Master
output.
Input level setting
Every input channel should be adjusted to the same level, so that an
even sound can be reached. Follow this procedure for every input
channel:
Turn the LEVEL control to center position and apply a typical audio signal to this channel. The -20 dB LED
should flash. Then turn the TRIM control to the right until the LED meter flashes at 0 dB. When CLIP LED
flashes, the input signal is distorted. Turn the TRIM control to the left to reduce the preamp level until the
LED does not light anymore.
A recording level of 0 dB is recommended for all signal types.
PHONES LEVEL
The PHONES LEVEL control adjusts the volume of the headphones output.
MAIN LEVEL
The MAIN LEVEL control adjusts the volume of the MAIN OUT jacks.
