Achtung bei Frostgefahr
Bei Entleerung der Hausanlage sind die Thermostate
gesondert zu entleeren, da sich im Kalt- und
Warmwasseranschluss Rückflussverhinderer befinden.
Bei den Thermostaten sind die kompletten
Thermostateinsätze und die Rückflussverhinderer
auszuschrauben.

Wartung

Alle Teile prüfen, reinigen, evtl. austauschen und mit Spezial-
Armaturenfett einfetten.
Kalt- und Warmwasserzufuhr absperren.
I. Thermostat-Kompaktkartusche (W), siehe Klappseite II
Abb. [12] und [13].
• Schraubring (Y) mit Werkzeug 34mm lösen.
• Thermostat-Kompaktkartusche (W) gegebenenfalls über die
Ausnehmung (W1) aushebeln.
• Schraubring (Y) abschrauben.
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Einbaulage der Thermostat-Kompaktkartusche (W)
beachten, siehe Detail (W2).
Nach jeder Wartung an der Thermostat-Kartusche ist eine
Justierung erforderlich (siehe Justieren).
II. Rückflussverhinderer (X), siehe Klappseite II Abb. [12]
und [14].
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Einbaulagen beachten!
III. Aquadimmer (Z), siehe Klappseite II Abb. [12] und [14].
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Einbaulagen beachten!

Installation
Always take care with the concealed mixer
housing, see fold-out page I.
- Plaster and tile the wall, excluding the area occupied by the
mounting template. Seal any apertures in the wall so that
they are watertight to spray water.
• Tiles laid in mortar should be pointed so that the joint is
tapered towards the outside.
• Seal prefabricated walls with a permanently plastic
compound.
Installation of functional elements, see fold-out page I,
Figs. [1] to [4].
Shut off cold and hot water supplies.
1. Remove the mounting template, see fold-out page I,
Fig. [1].
2. Unscrew closure plug (A) and plug (B), see Fig. [2].
3. Screw in sound absorber (C), see Fig. [3].
4. Grease O-ring of race (D) with the special grease supplied.
Install race (D); there is only one possible position,
see detail, Fig. [3].
5. Grease O-ring of adapter (E) with the special grease
supplied. Fasten adapter (E), see Fig. [4].
6. Install Aquadimmer (F); there is only one possible position,
see detail, Fig. [4].
Open cold and hot-water supply and check connections
for water-tightness.
Installation of escutcheon (L) and shut-off handle (N),
see fold-out page II, Figs. [5] to [7].
1. Attach sleeve (H), bracket (I) and sleeve (I1), see fold-out
page II, Fig. [5].
2. Attach scale ring (K) and (K1).
3. Grease the seals (L1) with the special grease supplied, push
on escutcheon (L) and fasten with screws (M), see Fig. [6].
4. Attach stop ring (G) so that marking (G1) is at the top, see
Fig. [7].
5. Attach splined adapter (J); the faces (J1) coincide in only
one position and turn splined adapter (J) so that the
arrow (J2) points upwards.
6. Attach shut-off handle (N) so that marking (N1) is at the top.
7. Attach handle cap (O) and install screw (P).
If the thermostat has been installed at too great a depth,
this can be increased by 27.5mm with an extension set
(see Replacement parts, fold-out page I, Prod. no.: 47 781).
