Drilling information / fitting the cable glands and
ventilation
Be sure to comply with the specified zones and limitations detailed in the
Enclosure Certificate for the cable feed-throughs (bushings).
During the drilling, make sure that the material does not overheat. Also
ensure that no cracks or deformation of the enclosure results. All drilling
burrs must be removed from the enclosure.
The enclosure's outer draft angles must be taken into consideration when
attaching the cable feed-through bushings.
Make sure that you have installed all cable feed-throughs properly. Follow
the instructions and specifications from the manufacturer when installing the
cable feed-throughs.
