    Öffnen des Gehäuses WARNUNG! Wartungs- und Installationsarbeiten dürfen nur von Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass kein Schmutz / Feuchtigkeit auf dem Ge- häuse bzw.     Montageplatten, Erdungsplatten Es besteht die Möglichkeit, in dem Gehäuse durch die unten aufgeführten Montage-/ Erdungsplatten ein elektrisches Potential der Montageplatte mit den Kabeleinführungen zu schaffen. Eine mögliche Verbindung zur Tragschiene ist bei den ½ Erdungsplatten mittels eines Erdungsringes (Zubehör Kabelverschraubung) bei Bedarf sicherzustellen (Montageanleitung siehe Anhang).

Bohrinformationen / Einpassen von Kabelverschrau- bung und Belüftungselementen Für Kabeldurchführungen sind die jeweils in den Zertifizierungszeichnungen angegebene Bereiche und Einschränkungen gemäß dem Gehäusezertifikat einzuhalten. Achten Sie beim Bohren darauf, dass sich das Material nicht überhitzt und sich keine Deformationen oder Risse am Gehäuse bilden. Alle Bohrrückstände sind aus dem Gehäuse zu entfernen.

    Bohrinformationen Detaillierte Angaben der Bearbeitungsfläche sind dem Anhang zu entneh- men. Es kann entweder mit Durchgangsbohrungen oder mit Gewinden, die direkt in die Bearbeitungsfläche der Gehäuse eingebracht werden, gearbeitet werden. Die metrischen Gewinde sind nach EN/IEC 60423 auszuführen. Die Instal- lationsanweisungen der Verschraubungshersteller sind zu beachten. In jedem Fall ist die äußere Entformungsschräge des Gehäuses für die An- bringung der Kabeldurchführung zu beachten.

    Erdung und Potentialausgleich Phasenleiterdurch- Min. Schutzleiter- messer (mm²) durchmesser (mm²) 1,5* 2,5* Für die Erdung der Gehäuse steht ein durchgehender (innen/außen) M6 oder M10 Erdungsbolzen aus Messing oder Edelstahl optional zur Verfü- gung. Dieser Erdungsbolzen M6 / M10 ist in der Bearbeitungsfläche des Gehäu- sekörpers zu montieren. Diese Flächen sind den Zertifizierungszeichnungen zu entnehmen. Eine Montage des M6 oder M10 Erdbolzen im Deckel ist nicht zulässig. Die Verwendung der Erdungsplatten ist zuvor beschrieben.

    Instandhaltung, Wartung und Reparaturen (entsprechend IEC/EN 60079-17 und IEC/EN 60079-19) Reparatur Stellen Sie sicher, dass nur autorisiertes und geschultes Fachpersonal Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten an Geräten im Ex-Bereich ausführt. In der Ausbildung enthalten sind Anweisungen für die verschiedenen Arten von Schutz- und fachgerechten Installationen, Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regeln und Vorschriften sowie der allgemeinen Grundsätze der Bereichsklassifizierung.

Installation Bei der Installation sind die einschlägigen Normen zu berücksichtigen wie zum Beispiel IEC / EN 60079-14. Die Vorschriften werden nicht nur durch die Installationshinweise des Leergehäuses bestimmt, sondern viel mehr durch die Einbauten, sowie angeschlossenen Komponenten wie Kabelver- schraubungen.

Follow the specifications listed on the ratings plate found on the enclosure (including the protection degree, gas groups and temperature class). Alterations or modifications to the enclosure or its contents may invalidate the certification.     Opening the enclosure WARNING! Only trained technicians should carry out maintenance and installation work. Make sure that there is no dirt or moisture on the enclosure or lid that could get into the interior of the enclosure. The proper tool must be used to unscrew the lid screws. A PZ2 or the appropriate slotted screwdriver should be used.

    Mounting points in the enclosure Mounting points are available for mounting elements within the enclosure. Additional components can then be mounted to a DIN rail or a mounting plate that is mounted directly in the enclosure. Two screws are included with each Klippon POK EX enclosure.

    Mounting plates and earth-continuity plates The electrical potential of the mounting plate and the cable entries can be connected through the earth-continuity plates (grounding plates) at the base of the enclosure. When using the ½ earth-continuity plates, you can establish a connection to the mounting rail by using an earthing ring (refer to Cable Gland Accessories).

    General drawing An exposed view of the Klippon POK EX enclosure is shown below. ® Drilling information / fitting the cable glands and ventilation Be sure to comply with the specified zones and limitations detailed in the Enclosure Certificate for the cable feed-throughs (bushings). During the drilling, make sure that the material does not overheat. Also ensure that no cracks or deformation of the enclosure results. All drilling burrs must be removed from the enclosure.

    Drilling information The Appendix provides detailed information about the drilling area. You can either use holes that are drilled through or thread holes directly into the enclosure. Metric threads should be used which are in compliance with EN/IEC 60423. Follow the installation instructions from the manufacturer of the fitting components.

This M6/M10 earthing bolt should be mounted in the working area of the body of the enclosure. The actual working area is defined in the certification drawings.

Training for personnel should encompass training for various types of protective and technical installations, relevant rules and regulations and the general principles of area classifications.

    Points de montage dans le boîtier Pour le montage dans le boîtier, des points de montage sont prévus. Ils permettent de monter un rail support ou une platine de montage sur lequel ou sur laquelle les autres composants peuvent être montés. Chaque boîtier Klippon POK EX sont fournies avec 2 vis.

    Platine de montage, plaques de terre Il est possible à l’aide des platines de montage/de terre listées ci-dessous, de réaliser dans le boîtier un potentiel électrique de la platine de montage avec les entrées de câble. Sur les ½ plaques de terre, il faut au besoin s’assurer d’une liaison possible avec le rail support à l’aide d’une bague de mise à la terre (accessoires presse-étoupe) (notice de montage voir Annexe). De même il est possible d'utiliser les boulons de mise à la terre M6 / M10 traversants. Les perçages dans le boîtier et dans les plaques de mise à la terre doivent coïncider de manière si précise que la protection IP soit conservée.

    Dessin de vue d'ensemble Pour une meilleure compréhension, le boîtier Klippon POK EX est repré- ® senté ici en vue éclatée. Données de perçage / passage des presse-étoupes et éléments de ventilation Pour les passe-fils, il convient de respecter les zones et limitations indi- quées respectivement dans les dessins de certification, conformément au certificat du boîtier. Lors du perçage, veiller à ce que le matériau ne soit pas surchauffé et qu'aucune déformation ni fissure ne se forme sur le boîtier. Toutes les bavures et tous les résidus de perçage doivent être retirés du boîtier. Respecter le biseau externe de démoulage du boîtier pour installer le passe-fil.

    Données de perçage Les indications détaillées relatives à la surface à usiner se trouvent en annexe. Il est possible de travailler soit par perçages traversants, soit par filetages à insérer directement dans la surface à usiner du boîtier. Les filetages métriques doivent être exécutés selon l'EN/CEI 60423. Res- pecter les instructions d'installation du constructeur des presse-étoupes. Respecter dans tous les cas le biseau externe de démoulage du boîtier pour installer le passe-fil. La protection IP doit être assurée. Au sein de la zone de perçage repérée, il est possible de percer différents passe-fils sur la base du tableau et des conditions suivantes : C omme ligne directrice, s'assurer d'une distance minimale d'au moins 15 mm entre chacun des presse-étoupes (diamètres d'as-...

    Mise à la terre et équipotentielle Diamètre du conducteur Diamètre min. du conducteur de phase (mm²) de protection (mm²) 1,5* 2,5* Pour la mise à la terre du boîtier, il existe un boulon de terre traversant (intérieur/extérieur) M6 ou M10 en laiton ou en acier inox en option. Ce boulon de terre M6 / M10 se monte sur la surface à usiner du corps du boîtier. Vous trouverez ces surfaces dans les dessins de certification. Le montage du boulon de terre M6 ou M10 dans le capot est interdit. L’utilisation des plaques de terre est décrite ci-dessus.

    Maintenance, entretien et réparations (selon la CEI/EN 60079-17 et CEI/EN 60079-19) Réparation S'assurer que seules les personnes spécialistes, dûment formées et auto- risées effectuent les réparations et les travaux d'entretien sur les appareils en zone Ex. La formation doit comporter les instructions relatives aux différents types d'installations de protection et dans les règles de l'art, les connaissances de toutes les règles et prescriptions ainsi que les principes fondamentaux de classification des zones. Il faut veiller à conserver l'intégrité de l'indice de protection du boîtier ; il peut à cet effet être nécessaire d'en parler au constructeur. Le cas échéant, s'assurer avant de commencer tous travaux que la zone de travail est exempte d'atmosphère explosible.

    Installation Lors de l'installation, respecter toutes les normes telles que la CEI/EN 60079-14. Необходимо учитывать информацию, указанную на завод- ской табличке кожуха, включая степень защиты, группы газов и температурный класс. Модификация или изменение кожуха или его содержимого могут привести к аннулированию сертификации. Подключение, техническое обслуживание и ремонт этого кожуха разрешается выполнять только уполномоченному ква- лифицированному персоналу (согл. IEC/EN 60079-14, IEC/EN 60079-17 и IEC/EN 60079-19), в образование которого входит знание инструкций для разных видов защитных и квалифи- цированных подключений, знание соответствующих правил и предписаний, общепринятых правил техники, национальных предписаний по монтажу, а также общих принципов класси- фикации зон.     Открывание кожуха OCTOPOЖHO! Работы по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту разреша- ется выполнять только квалифицированному персоналу. Необходимо убедиться в том, что при открывании в корпус не попала грязь или влага, имеющаяся на корпусе или крышке. Для откручивания винтов крышки следует использовать соответствую- щий инструмент. Для этого может использоваться крестовая отвертка (разм. 2) или шлицевая отвертка. Не следует полностью выкручивать винты из крышки кожуха и удалять уплотнение из крышки. Закрывание кожуха Перед установкой крышки кожуха необходимо убедиться в следующем: • крышка кожуха, ее уплотнение и соседние зоны чистые и очищены от пыли; • крышка кожуха правильно выровнена относительно нижней части; • Правильно установленная крышка кожуха: - Все винты крышки затянуты. - Винты следует затягивать крест-накрест! - Для применения в зоне ATEX/IECEx допускаются только силиконо- вые уплотнения (красные уплотнения).     Монтажные пластины, заземляющих пластинах Имеется возможность создать в кожухе с помощью указанных ниже монтажных и заземляющих пластин электрический потенциал монтаж- ной пластины с кабельными вводами. Возможное соединение с DIN-рейкой для половинных заземляющих пластин при необходимости осуществляется с помощью заземляющего кольца (принадлежность для кабельного сальника) (см. инструкцию по монтажу в приложении). Информация для сверления / подгонка кабельного сальника и вентиляционных элементов Для кабельных вводов требуется соблюдать соответствующие указан- ные в сертификационных чертежах зоны и ограничения согласно сер- тификату кожуха. При сверлении необходимо проследить за тем, чтобы материал не пе- регревался и на кожухе не образовывались деформации или трещины. После сверления следует удалить из кожуха все остатки материала.     Поддержание в исправном состоянии, техническое обслуживание и ремонт (согласно IEC/EN 60079-17 и IEC/EN 60079-19) Ремонт Необходимо убедиться в том, что работы по ремонту и техническому обслуживанию во взрывоопасной зоне выполняются только обученным квалифицированным персоналом. В образование персонала должно входить знание инструкций для разных видов защитных и квалифици- рованного монтажа, знание соответствующих правил и предписаний, а также общих принципов классификации зон. Необходимо проследить за сохранением степени защиты корпуса; для этого могут потребоваться консультации с производителем. При необ- ходимости перед началом любой работы следует убедиться в том, что в рабочей зоне отсутствует взрывоопасная атмосфера. Обслуживание и ремонтные работы должны производится только с ис- пользованием оригинальных запасных частей после предварительной консультации с компанией Weidmüller. Проверка и поддержание в рабочем состоянии После открытия кожуха требуется осмотреть уплотнения крышки, что- бы убедиться в том, что никакие посторонние предметы или частицы не влияют на эффективность уплотнения кожуха. Осмотр устройства должен выполняться с учетом условий монтажа. В ходе проверки следует также убедиться в том, что все сведения о сертификации находятся в полностью читаемом состоянии, и что вин- ты крышки затянуты с правильным моментом затяжки. Во время про- верки следует протереть кожух влажной тканью. Категорически запре- щается использовать для очистки кожуха чистящие средства на основе углеводородных соединений! Предупреждение При техническом обслуживании электрического оборудования во взры- воопасной атмосфере необходимо соблюдать национальные предписа- ния и требования стандарта IEC/EN 60079-17, что особенно относится к контрольному списку в таблице 2.

    Ниже описаны типичные работы по техническому обслуживанию: • Проверить уплотнения на наличие повреждений. При необходимости заменить кожух. • Любое изменение цвета указывает на увеличение температуры и возникновение возможной опасной ситуации. Подключенные и смонтированные изделия должны обслуживаться со- гласно инструкциям поставщиков и согласно законодательным и произ- водственным предписаниям. Монтаж При монтаже необходимо соблюдать соответствующие стандарты, на- пример, IEC/EN 60079-14. Эти предписания определяются не только указаниями по монтажу пустого корпуса, но и, скорее, устанавливаемы- ми в него и подсоединяемыми к нему компонентами, например, кабель- ными сальниками. При этом устанавливаемые компоненты должны соответствовать типу взрывозащиты «Повышенная безопасность» (IEC/EN 60079), а монтаж должен соответствовать указаниям Директивы RL 94/9/EC и схеме взрывозащиты МЭК, а также связанным с ней стандартам (например, IEC/EN 60079). Другие типы взрывозащиты не допускаются. Ввод в эксплуатацию Компоненты разрешены к применению. Готовый смонтированный корпус со всеми компонентами должен иметь разрешение на эксплуатацию. При этом должны учитываться все реги- ональные правила и предписания той страны, в которой выполняется монтаж или ввод в эксплуатацию. Использование При эксплуатации в атмосфере, которая может повредить кожух, сле- дует запросить у компании Weidmüller сведения об устойчивости к воз- действию таких химических веществ.
