► C ream charger will not puncture
The charger being used is not suitable

Only use original iSi cream chargers.
The charger was inserted backwards
▪ P roperly insert the charger (see sequence on the
fold-out page, step 5).
The piercing unit has been damaged
▪
S end the device to iSi or a service center.
► D uring use, gas is leaking between the bottle and
the head
Head gasket is missing
▪ " Release the pressure" (page 18). Insert head
gasket into the head.
Head gasket has been damaged
▪
" Release the pressure" (page 18). Replace head
gasket.
Head was not tightened securely
▪ S crew the head on to the bottle so that it is
straight and tighten it by hand as per the instruc-
tions.
The theading of the bottle head has been damaged
▪
" Release the pressure" (page 18). Send the de-
vice to iSi or a service center.
