Operating instructions
NOTE: Before using for the first time, the device
should be disassembled into its individual product
components. Clean the individual components as
described in "Basic Cleaning" on page 17.
PRIOR TO FIllING
1.
Remove the decorator tip from the head.
2.
Make sure that the head gasket is inserted into the
head.
FIllING
3.
Pour the whipping cream into the bottle.
NOTE: The maximum filling volume is 0.25 (1 half pint)
and/or 0.5 liters (1 pint). Please note the fill line and
marking on the bottom of the bottle. Do not overfill.
The remaining empty space is required for optimal
whipping results. Use a measuring cup.
Your iSi (Mini) Easy Whip is suitable for pure whipped
cream only. We recommend the use of liquid flavouring
syrups for sweetening. If you use sugar or stabilizer,
completely dissolve it in a little bit of cream before filling
the bottle in order to avoid the formation of clumps.
ChARGING
4.
Screw the head on to the bottle so that it is straight
and tighten it by hand.
WARNING The head should always be screwed on

I nsert an original iSi cream charger into the charger
holder as shown in fig. 5.
6.
S crew on the charger holder (with the charger
inserted) to the head until you can hear that all of the
charger content has released into the bottle.
