COOLMATIC R series
Some refrigerator models in the COOLMATIC series have an accumulator
(RPA-40 and RSA) and a TEC program control system (only RSA) which
provides excellent cooling performance and improves efficiency. The
accumulator is charged when there is a sufficient supply of power (for
example when powered by a mains adapter). If the low-voltage cut-off has
triggered or the accumulator button has been pressed, the cooling power is
taken from the accumulator during battery operation. In this way, the battery
is not under load when the cooling power is being taken from the
accumulator.
The COOLMATIC RPD/RPA-40 and COOLMATIC RSD/RSF-115 have a de-
tachable and separately attachable cooling unit (1, page 3).
