Restoring the default settings

This function resets the handset and base station settings to their status on leaving
the factory.
Default settings:
Language: German
Backlight: On
Key tone: On
Receiver volume: Middle
Dialling method: Tone
PIN code: 0000
PIN code, remote access: 000
