Attention! Dangerous electrical voltage.
Possible consequences: Death or severe injury.
Protective measures: Disconnect the power plug prior to reaching into the water and commencing
work.
Open strainer casing and remove pump. Unscrew pump lid and remove impeller. Clean all components using clean
water and a brush.
After cleaning the pump, reassemble in the reverse order. Insert pump in the strainer casing. Regarding the 2500
series of the filter pump, ensure correct seating of the rubber buffers used for the bearing of the pump. Route connecti-
on cable such that it cannot be pinched. Refit strainer lid and close.

Storage/Over-wintering
Remove the unit at temperatures below zero degrees centigrade. Thoroughly clean the unit, check for damage and
store immersed in water in a frost-free environment. Do not immerse the plug!
