Nota : votre appareil a été livré avec la carte de commande
proportionnelle déjà installée, celle-ci a été pré-réglée en usine.
Ne lancer la procédure de réglage ci-dessous que si vous avez dû réajuster la position des
butées de fin de course (cf.§5).
Le réglage de la carte de commande proportionnelle est totalement automatisé :
- Appuyer sur le bouton poussoir S3 situé sur la carte pendant 2 secondes,
- La LED bleue clignote pendant toute la durée du réglage et reste allumée en continu lorsque le
réglage est terminé.
- Effectuer des manoeuvres de contrôle en ouverture et en fermeture.
Attention, en plus de l'arrêt en position, l'arrêt moteur peut être provoqué par l'activation du limiteur
d'effort. Si le servomoteur s'arrête dans une position qui n'est pas celle désirée, vérifier si la vanne
n'a pas un point dur.

Please read carefully the whole document prior to mounting and starting-up.

2 MAiNtENANcE AND stOrAGE

Maintenance
Actuators are lubricated for lifetime and do not require any specific maintenance. If the actuator is
used in a very humid atmosphere, it is advised to check on a yearly basis that there is no condensation
build-up inside the device.
Storage
a) The actuators should be stored under a shelter, in a clean and dry place and protected from wide
temperature variations. Avoid placing the actuators directly on the floor.
b) Check that the cover screws are correctly tighten.
Actuators installed on site but waiting for electrical connection
If a long period of time is expected between the actuator mounting and the electrical wiring works
:
a) Visually check that the cable entries and cover are tightly closed.
b) In case of an outdoor installation, cover the device with a plastic protective film.
Control after storage
a) Visually check the electric equipment,
b) Operate the apparatus manually,
c) Proceed to the actuator setting-up according to the instructions above.
3 AssEMBLY
The actuator shall be secured directly to the valve using bolts or a proper interface.
You must not install the actuators with the cover downwards.
In case of risk of water projection, do not install the actuators with the connec-
tors upwards.
4 ELEctricAL cONNEctiONs & tEsts
Please refer to the diagrams included in this document and respect the terminals numbering to per-
form the electrical wiring at the plug connectors (or at the terminals in case of direct connection).
Once the actuator wiring is completed, the following points must be checked:
a) Make sure that power supply voltage and frequency are in accordance with the data engraved on
the actuator nameplate.
b) Check that all connectors or cable glands are correctly tightened
c) Move the valve with the manual overdrive (13mm wrench or flat screwdriver) to an intermediate position.
Warning: never use an electric screwdriver or equivalent
apparatus to drive the actuator manual override.
