1.3 Installing the electronics
The device is assembled by following the disassembly procedure in the reverse order. Once the device has been assembled
correctly, the housing can be turned by a full rotation (380°) until it noticeably reaches the limit stop.
1.4 Commissioning
1. Install the measuring device again at the measuring point.
2. Connect the measuring device.
3. Align the housing in the desired position and tighten the locking screw (Fig. 4).
Always tighten the locking screw to ensure optimum potential equalization between the process vessel and the ground potential
of the housing. This also favors the EMC immunity of the electronics.
1.5 Adjustment/calibration
Make the following settings as specified in the Operating Instructions:
1. Reset to factory setting, this deletes customer-specific calibration data.
2. Set or calibrate the measuring range.
3. Perform position adjustment.
