7. Setting the parameters wind and inclination

7.1. Program and test the wind sensitivity

Step 1
Push the DOWN button at the hand-held transmitter for 1 second:
• Awning has been extended (lower end position).
Step 2
Caution!
• Risk of injury through automatic retraction of the awning!
Warning!
Caution!
• Deenergize the awning (e.g. on the backup device)!
Warning!
Step 3
• Demount the housing cover.
• Set the requested wind sensitivity at the step switch.
Value Description
Small wind speeds: Even small movements of the commeo Wind Sensor
0
cause a retraction of the awning.
1 ... 8 Sensitivity levels
High wind speeds: Only large movements of the commeo Wind Sensor

cause a retraction of the awning.
Step 4
Push the PROG button for 6 seconds:
• Test mode is activated for 5 minutes.
• Release after 'rest' is shortened to 15 seconds. In this time the
awning extends only a little bit and retracts immediately automati-
cally.
