The plasma cutting torches with a central connector must only be connected to
power sources with central sockets which comply with the safety requirements
established in EN 60974-1 and EN 60974-7.
NOTICE
• The assignment of the cutting torch and cutting power source is clearly
defined by the codes on the plug and the socket and must be observed
under all circumstances.
1 Ensure that all threaded fittings are tight.
2 Replace any damaged, deformed or worn parts.
3 Ensure that all equipment parts are available and properly secured.
NOTICE
• The ABICUT 155 cutting torch may only be operated by qualified
personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
• Please consult the operating instructions for the welding components,
such as the welding power source and the robot control unit.
The trigger only can be pressed if the trigger guard situated above it is lifted.
1 Lift the trigger guard.
2 1st cycle: press and hold the trigger on the handle – pilot arc starts.
3 2nd cycle: release the trigger – arc extinguishes.
