2.1 Designated use

Manual and machine torches from the ABICUT 155 series are intended
exclusively for plasma cutting and gouging with compressed air as the plasma
and cooling gas in industrial and commercial applications. They consist of the
torch body with equipment parts and wear parts, handle and cable assembly
with a direct or central connector. They conform to EN 60 974-7 and are not
considered devices that independently fulfil functions. For operation, a cutting
power source is required.
The ABICUT 155 plasma cutting torches must only be operated using original
ABICOR BINZEL spare parts.
This device fulfils the requirements of the valid EU directives.
The conformity is confirmed by the CE marking on the
device.
The attached safety instructions must be observed.
• The device described in these instructions may be used only for the
purpose and in the manner described in these instructions. In doing so,
observe the operating, maintenance and servicing conditions.
• Any other use is considered improper.
• Unauthorised modifications or changes to enhance the performance are
not permitted.
