Keep in mind that as filtration sack is being filled,
the suction effectiveness significantly reduces.
Also clean vacuum cleaner's filter time to time.
Caution: Always operate the machine with the
suction system connected; otherwise, the milling
rings as well as suction flange height adjustment
system will be clogged with dust!
To prevent discharges of static electricity in dusty
environment, use vacuum cleaners of antistatic
models only.
Additional handle
To operate the grinder with both hands, it is
possible to fasten an additional handle (1.1) to
the left-hand side of gearbox cover's front part.
The special "VIBRASTOP" design reduces vibra-
tions in the additional handle.

Maintenance

G Always remove the plug from wall socket each
time the machine maintenance is carried out!
G To ensure the airflow is sufficient, cooling
openings of the motor must be always clean
and free.
G The machine is equipped with special self-
disconnecting brushes. When the brushes are
worn, the power supply is automatically
disconnected, and the machine is stopped.
G If the suction flange height adjustment system
does not operate smoothly, the flange must be
removed and cleaned.
Authorised PROTOOL service shops carry
out entire maintenance work and repairs
that require opening of motor's cover are
allowed only.
Storage
Wrapped electric tools can be stored in a dry
place without heating, with temperatures not
lower than –5°C.
Unwrapped electric tools can only be stored in dry
places with temperatures not lower than +5°C,
without sudden changes in the temperature.

Recycling
Do not open dispose of it through the available
collection points.
Guarantee
Our equipment is under warranty for at least
12 months with regard to material or production
faults in accordance with national legislation. In
the EU countries, the warranty period for exclu-
sively private use is 24 months (an invoice or
delivery note is required as proof of purchase).
Damage resulting from, in particular, normal wear
and tear, overloading, improper handling, or
caused by the user or other damage caused by
not following the operating instructions, or any
fault acknowledged at the time of purchase, is not
covered by the warranty.
Complaints will only be acknowledged if the
equipment has not been dismantled before being
sent back to the suppliers or to an authorised
PROTOOL customer support workshop. Store
the operating instructions, safety notes, spare
parts list and proof of purchase in a safe place.
In addition, the manufacturer's current warranty
conditions apply.
Note

The values have been measured in compliance
with EN 50 144 standard.
The level of acoustic pressure is 81 dB (A).
