1000 Ml Bottles - Heidolph Reax 20 Betriebsanleitung

The angle of rotation of lever (C) is limited to 180°. In case this is not enough
to tighten the bottle holder (H), it is possible to reposition the lever using a
ratchet mechanism. Pull the lever in the direction shown in Diagram
(inwards, towards the center) and hold, pull the lever in the anti-clockwise
direction, release the inward pressure on the lever, and then tighten the
lever in the clockwise direction. Always load the REAX 20 in a symmetrical
way so as to distribute the weight equally.

3.2 1000 ml bottles

The bottle holders first have to be retrofitted with retrofitting set REAX 20 for 4 -1 I bottles
(available as an accessory, order no 549.26000.00).
Proceed as follows:
Tighten lever (C) clockwise.
Loosen screw (G) with the
supplied allen key.
Remove bottle holder (H).
Pull back the spiral spring while
screwing in the extension pin (I)
on the thread pin.
Use allen key (F) to tighten the
bottle holder (H) with screw (G)
According to Diagram 2.
1000 ml bottles are inserted as
described under chapter 3.1 above.
3.3 500 ml bottles
Follow the same procedure as in chapter 3.2 but use retrofitting
set for 4 - 0.5 I bottles (order no.: 549.27000.00).
