Découper du rouleau d'isolation joint à la livraison les différents éléments d'isolation (figure 1 à 6) en fonction
des besoins.
Enrouler l'isolation autour du support du brûleur (figure 1). Rabattre vers l'intérieur la partie de la natte
d'isolation dépassant à l'avant, la faire passer sur les clous encastrés et la fixer avec les clips joints à la livrai-
son.
Faire passer ensuite l'isolation frontale sur le support de brûleur puis sur la plaque frontale de la chaudière puis
fixer en haut et en bas chaque fois avec un ruban de serrage (joints à la livraison) (figure 2).
Faire passer de la même manière l'isolation arrière sur la boîte à fumée puis sur la paroi arrière de la chaudière
et fixer également en haut et en bas chaque fois avec un ruban de serrage (figure 3).
Si le retour haute température n'est pas branché, recouvrir avec un élément d'isolation carré formant capot et
assurer sous la bride avec un ruban de serrage (figure 4).
Enrouler ensuite l'isolation de chemise avant (figure 5) et arrière (figure 6) autour de la chemise d'eau et fixer
avec les rubans de serrage joints à la livraison à l'avant, au milieu et à l'arrière (figure 7).

Cut the required heat insulation parts (figs. 1-6) from the supplied roll of insulation material.
Wind the insulation around the burner holder (fig. 1). Fold the part of the insulation mat protruding over the front
to the inside, push it onto the nails and fasten it with the supplied clips.
Then push the front insulation over the burner holder to the burner front plate and fasten it at the top and the
bottom with one of the supplied belts each (fig. 2).
Push the rear insulation over the flue gas chamber to the burner rear wall and also fasten it at the top and the
bottom with one of the supplied belts each (fig. 3).
If the high-temperature return pipe is not connected, push a square piece of insulation material onto the flange
and fasten it below the flange using a belt so it works like a hood (fig. 4).
Then wind the front (fig. 5) and rear (fig. 6) jacket insulation around the water jacket and fasten it in the front,
centre and rear areas using the supplied belts (fig. 7).

Ritagliare le varie parti dell'isolamento (Fig. 1-6) dal rullo di materiale isolante a corredo secondo il fabbisogno.
Avvolgere l'isolamento attorno al supporto del bruciatore (Fig. 1). Ripiegare verso l'interno la parte del manto
isolante che sporge, premerlo sui chiodi sporgenti e fissare con i clip a corredo.
Quindi spingere la parte frontale dell'isolamento sopra il supporto del bruciatore fino alla piastra frontale della
caldiaia e fissarla sopra e sotto con i nastri tensori a corredo. (Fig. 2).
Allo stesso modo spingere la parte posteriore dell'isolamento sopra la camera a fumo fino alla parete posteriore
della caldaia e fissare allo stesso modo sopra e sotto con i nastri tensori a corredo. (Fig. 3).
Qualora non viene collegato il ritorno ad alta temperatura, disporre una parte di isolamento quadratica sopra il
raccordo e fissare con un nastro tensore sotto la flangia. (Fig. 4).
Quindi avvolgere le due parti di isolamento anteriore (Fig. 5) e posteriore (Fig. 6) attorno alla cappottatura ac-
qua e fissare davanti, al centro e dietro con i nastri tensori a corredo. (Fig. 7).
