Activated charcoal filter
When using the appliance for air circulation,
only do so with activated charcoal filters in-
serted.

Fan
The blower of your exhaust hood has three
settings.
• To switch the fan,
– on, press the
button (18). POWER
appears in the LED display window
(16), the fan operates briefly at the fast-
est speed and then switches to the slow-
est speed.
– off, press the
button (18) again.
• To change the fan level, press the
ton (17),
1 × for medium speed
2 × for fast speed
3 × for slow speed.

Tips on saving energy
Only switch on the fan when needed; other-
wise, energy will be wasted.
Let the fan run as long as cooking fumes or
steam are present.
The fan is not needed when cooking only
briefly or warming up foods that have little or
no odour.
Ensure that there is enough supply air; oth-
erwise, the exhaust hood may not function
optimally. If necessary, open the window or
kitchen door.
Clean grease filters (12) regularly.
Lighting
Your exhaust hood is equipped with two LED
lights. The lighting can be switched on or off
independently of the fans.
