Operation
8. For dispensing, the whipper must be held
"headfirst" (with the dispensing tip facing verti-
cally downwards) and the lever must be oper-
ated gently. Hold the bottle straight and point
the dispensing tip towards the glass wall (see
illustrations at the beginning of the booklet).
9. After emptying the bottle, unscrew the char-
ger holder and recycle the empty charger.
Cleaning.
Main Cleaning
NOTE: Please observe the illustrations at the
beginning of the booklet!
1. Press the lever until the whipper is completely
empty and there is no pressure left.
2. Remove the charger holder from the head
before unscrewing the head!
3. Remove the head from the bottle.
4. Unscrew the dispensing tip.
5. Remove the head gasket for basic cleaning.
6. Rinse product components by hand using
warm potable water along with a standard
cleaning agent and clean the dispensing valve
and dispensing tip using the cleaning brush.
NOTE: Maximum cleaning temperature for
manual cleaning is 50 °C / 122 °F.
7. From above, press the dispensing valve into
the head as far as it will go and push up
the o-ring of the dispensing valve with the
curved end of the cleaning brush.
8. Then clean all individual parts in the dishwasher.
NOTE: Do not use special cleaning agents for
stainless steel, scouring agents, or abrasive
sponges/brushes.
NOTE: For mechanical or manual cleaning,
make sure that you use the correct amount
of cleaning solution or combined disinfectant
