Troubleshooting

SMS 40 has no contact with the GSM
network
SMS 40 does not reply to the SMS command and a sym-
bol for lost connection to G network appears in heat
pump/indoor module menu 4.1.4 (menu 5.3.5 if your
heat pump/indoor module has software version 2041 or
earlier).
Check that the SIM card is correctly installed.
Move the antenna to a better location.
Check that the PIN has been deactivated.
SMS 40 has no contact with the heat
pump/indoor module
The alarm in the heat pump/indoor module display.

for the heat pump/indoor module.
Incorrectly connected cables between SMS 40 and
heat pump/indoor module.
No reply to the SMS message
The telephone number is not registered in heat
pump/indoor module menu 4.1.4 (menu 5.3.5 if your
